Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Canadian orders are charged a flat rate of $7.99. Canadian customers may also owe local import duties or taxes.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders then arrive within 3–7 business days; some items ship from international warehouses and can take 7–15 business days. Canadian orders usually take 7–15 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Email us as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, refund or replacement. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care, massage, grooming or feeding items can't be returned for change of mind. See our Return & Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund; in most cases you won't need to send the item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your claim is approved or your return is inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
