Shipping Policy
HappyNest Co currently ships to the United States and Canada only.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Delivery Times
- United States: most items ship from our US warehouses and arrive in 5–8 business days.
- Canada: 7–15 business days.
- A small number of items ship from international warehouses and may take 7–15 business days. Estimated delivery is shown on each product page.
3. Shipping Rates
- United States: FREE standard shipping on every order.
- Canada: flat rate of $7.99 per order.
4. Multiple Packages
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.
5. Customs & Duties (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local customs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
